Signs of a Water Leak in Edmond, OK

Have you heard what appears to sound like running water or draining water? You may have gone throughout the whole house looking for a faucet that was slightly on, but nothing appeared out of order yet you still hear it. This could be a sign that you have a leak somewhere. Or maybe you’ve found water stains on the ceiling or a wet spot on the floor or wall. Here again, you may have a leak on your hands, and it may likely be behind the wall/ceiling.

You may one day discover some mold growth on a wall or ceiling where it never was before. Mold and mildew really only grow in the right conditions, and part of those conditions are having a supply of water or moisture. This can point to a small leak that is feeding the mold. You might also find that your water bill is much higher than usual even though nothing else out of the ordinary happened.
